How Our Services Work
You may already know what your car needs. Your shop probably notified you if your timing belt, brakes or head gaskets are due. If you are not sure yet, we can advise you as to the urgency and priority of the repairs needed. Please schedule an appointment for a free inspection.

Drop your car off at the shop when it’s convenient for you. While we’re open or after hours with our key drop box. The drop off location is well lit and under video surveillance.
Our goal is to equip you with all the information you need so you can best decide how to fix your vehicle.
Once your vehicle has been inspected and diagnosed, we will contact you with the results and recommendations for repair. Prices include parts, labor and fluids and are clearly prioritized. If there is a lot of information for you to review, we will often send you an email to accompany our phone conversation. Please ask any questions you may have about the recommendations.
If possible, we like to do the first inspection on your car with you there in the bay with us. That way we can show you what we find and you can ask any questions you may have.
We’re big into transparency.
Once your repairs are done and the quality assurance checks are complete, we will contact you to let you know your car is ready to go home. You can pick up during business hours, or have us set your vehicle up for an After Hours pick up with our combination key lock boxes. We will email you an invoice that you can pay on the QuickBooks website. The pick up parking spaces are well lit and under video surveillance.
We accept cash, checks with valid ID, as well as all major credit cards, both in person and online. If you would like to pay online, please ask and we will email you an invoice that you can pay securely through the QuickBooks website with a credit card. Payment is due in full when the vehicle is picked up.
